The Castle of Bonaguil can be visited independently by following the tracked tour trail. Explanatory signs allow the visitor to track its path and be immersed in the global historical and architectural context of the Castle. A free visit leaflet is available in six languages: French, german, English, Spanish, Italian and dutch. However, depending on your availability, we recommend you take the guided tour.
At certain times, guided tours are offered to all visitors, without additional cost. From the Barbican to the Honour courtyard through its natural caves, one of our castle tour guides will show you must-see places of this beautiful monument. Then, you will be pleased to discover its stunning 360-degree-view revealing unspoiled surroundings by climbing the steps of its dungeon. This memorable tour will unveil many mysteries surrounding one of the latest fortified castles in France.
